Teruo has over two decades experience in the investment and financial advisory service covering real estate and infrastructure with a particular focus on digital infrastructure.  He leads the financial function, including acquisitions and investment, capital raising and financial reporting.

Yongsuk brings extensive experience in site selection, infrastructure development and strategy. Also with more than two decades of experience in IT infrastructure and network connectivity, Yongsuk is responsible for the company’s global product and infrastructure strategy.

William leads engineering design and solutions for our data centre assets and brings over two decades of experience in solutions engineering, customer engagement, large-scale project management, product development, and pre-sales technical support.

Amandine brings over two decades of experience in real estate, data centre investment and operations. She has extensive industry experience and knowledge in scaling companies through various stages including development, M&A and JVs. Amandine is responsible in aligning the company’s commercial objectives with customer interest as well as strategically planning the company’s growth in tandem with the market demand trajectory.

With nearly 25 years of experience in design and construction and over 10 years in data centre design and delivery, Serene leads Empyrion Digital’s Design and Construction function across the APAC region. She oversees the full project lifecycle from design and tender through construction, testing, and commissioning, bringing deep expertise in the delivery of large-scale, mission‑critical data centre developments.

Kay oversees the legal and compliance function at Empyrion Digital and has extensive experience advising on a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters including acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, and corporate governance.

Boyinton has more than two decades of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering experience and operations in critical infrastructure, with a remit spanning design, project construction, operations and facility management in Singapore and regional markets.

Phoebe oversees marketing and communications at Empyrion Digital and has extensive experience across technology, telecommunications and data centre industries covering strategic marketing, partnerships, communications and market development regionally.

Christopher is Senior Advisor to Empyrion Digital and Managing Director at Asia Infrastructure Fund, Seraya Partners. With more than two decades of experience in civil and structural engineering, he provides strategic guidance and senior-level advisory support across Empyrion’s projects.
